line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 28;\" data-fontsize=\"28\" data-lineheight=\"39.2px\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Fibre optique Perform<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"ne-text\">La production de pr\u00e9formes de fibres optiques comprend principalement les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s MCVD (Modified Checmical Vapor Deposition), OVD (Outer Vapor Phase Deposition) et VAD (Vapor Phase Axial Deposition). Le MCVD est la technique de fabrication la plus couramment utilis\u00e9e, qui permet d&#8217;obtenir une fibre \u00e0 faible perte bien adapt\u00e9e aux c\u00e2bles \u00e0 fibres optiques de communication longue distance. Par cons\u00e9quent, nous couvrirons le processus MCVD dans cet article.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"33.6px\">D\u00e9p\u00f4t chimique en phase vapeur modifi\u00e9 (MCVD)<\/h4>\n<p id=\"ucc54f395\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 MCVD (Modified Chemical Vapor Deposition) a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par les Bell Labs en 1974. Il introduit un m\u00e9lange gazeux compos\u00e9 de <\/span><span class=\"ne-text\">SiCl<\/span><span class=\"ne-text\">4<\/span><span class=\"ne-text\">(chlorure de silicium)<\/span>,<span class=\"ne-text\">GeCl<\/span><span class=\"ne-text\">4<\/span> <span class=\"ne-text\"> (chlorure de germanium) et d&#8217;autres substances chimiques dans le tube en verre de quartz (gaine). Et tourne en chauffant \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur du tube de quartz pour oxyder le silicium et le germanium afin de former du SiO2 (silice) et du GeO2 (dioxyde de germanium), qui r\u00e9sideront dans le tube de quartz pour former la partie principale de la fibre optique.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"lake-content\">\n<p id=\"ucce09f73\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">L&#8217;indice de r\u00e9fraction, le coefficient d&#8217;expansion et le point de fusion de la fibre optique peuvent \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par la concentration des composants du m\u00e9lange gazeux. Une fois la pr\u00e9forme de la fibre optique refroidie, elle est soumise \u00e0 un test de qualit\u00e9 (indice de r\u00e9fraction).<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"lake-content\">\n<h3 id=\"ud2d0e0f1\" class=\"ne-p fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 28; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 28;\" data-fontsize=\"28\" data-lineheight=\"39.2px\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Dessin de fibre optique<\/span><\/h3>\n<p id=\"u72cd2bf8\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">L&#8217;\u00e9tirage de fibres optiques fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au processus d&#8217;op\u00e9ration consistant \u00e0 placer les pr\u00e9formes de fibres optiques dans un syst\u00e8me d&#8217;\u00e9tirage de fibres vertical, o\u00f9 les pr\u00e9formes de fibres sont chauff\u00e9es et fondues par un certain dispositif de chauffage, puis \u00e9tir\u00e9es en petites fibres optiques dont le diam\u00e8tre r\u00e9pond aux exigences. Le rapport de diam\u00e8tre c\u0153ur\/gaine et la distribution de l&#8217;indice de r\u00e9fraction de la fibre optique restent inchang\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"33.6px\">Tour d&#8217;\u00e9tirage des fibres<\/h4>\n<p id=\"ua04e3ff0\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">La pr\u00e9forme de la fibre optique est plac\u00e9e dans une tour de fibrage. Une tour de fibrage peut atteindre plus de 10 m\u00e8tres de haut. La pr\u00e9forme de la fibre optique est \u00e9tir\u00e9e en une fibre optique d&#8217;une \u00e9paisseur de 125\u03bcm et recouverte de couches de r\u00e9sine pour la protection.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"33.6px\">Fourneau<\/h4>\n<div class=\"lake-content\">\n<p id=\"u934712ef\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Il y a un four en graphite dans la tour d&#8217;\u00e9tirage des fibres, qui peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une haute temp\u00e9rature de 17000- 2200\u2103 pour ramollir la pr\u00e9forme. Il est ensuite enroul\u00e9 par une roue d&#8217;\u00e9tirage pour former une fibre optique fine. La tour d&#8217;\u00e9tirage est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me de retour d&#8217;informations, qui permet de contr\u00f4ler la temp\u00e9rature du four, la vitesse d&#8217;enroulement, etc., afin de contr\u00f4ler avec pr\u00e9cision le diam\u00e8tre de la fibre gr\u00e2ce au microm\u00e8tre laser.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"33.6px\">Rev\u00eatement<\/h4>\n<div class=\"lake-content\">\n<p id=\"uf9cb7f9e\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">La fibre de 125\u03bcm tir\u00e9e de la pr\u00e9forme est d\u00e9form\u00e9e thermiquement, mais il reste des microfissures \u00e0 la surface de la fibre nue. Une fois qu&#8217;il est expos\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;atmosph\u00e8re, les OH- pr\u00e9sents dans l&#8217;atmosph\u00e8re provoquent l&#8217;expansion des microfissures. Et une exposition prolong\u00e9e entra\u00eenera la rupture de la fibre. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"uf29be82d\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Afin d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance de la fibre optique, une fine couche de r\u00e9sine doit \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e sur la fibre optique \u00e0 temps pendant le processus d&#8217;\u00e9tirage et s\u00e9ch\u00e9e \u00e0 temps pour \u00e9viter cette adh\u00e9rence mutuelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 28; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 28;\" data-fontsize=\"28\" data-lineheight=\"39.2px\">Suivi des tests<\/h3>\n<p id=\"u5e328f3c\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Une fois le dessin termin\u00e9, la fibre optique finie doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre test\u00e9e.
