En tant qu&#8217;un des principaux piliers des r\u00e9seaux de communication modernes, la communication par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.honecable.com\/fr\/cable-fibre-optique-101-quest-ce-que-cest-comment-ca-fonctionne\/\">fibre optique<\/a> pr\u00e9sente une s\u00e9rie d&#8217;avantages tels que la grande capacit\u00e9 de communication, la haute qualit\u00e9 de transmission, la bonne confidentialit\u00e9 et l&#8217;absence d&#8217;interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement adopt\u00e9 par divers r\u00e9seaux. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"u4b0361fe\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Avec l&#8217;augmentation du nombre d&#8217;applications de fibres optiques et de c\u00e2bles \u00e0 fibres optiques, certains probl\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 progressivement mis en \u00e9vidence. Outre une petite partie de ces probl\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9 caus\u00e9s par les \u00e9conomies de bouts de chandelle de certains fabricants, la plupart d&#8217;entre eux sont dus \u00e0 des accidents de qualit\u00e9 caus\u00e9s par une mauvaise s\u00e9lection des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"uf36034d8\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">De nombreux r\u00e9sultats de recherche montrent qu&#8217;un remplissage inappropri\u00e9 des c\u00e2bles en fibre optique nuit consid\u00e9rablement \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme des performances de transmission des c\u00e2bles optiques. Ce type de danger est souvent difficile \u00e0 d\u00e9celer lors du processus de fabrication et de l&#8217;inspection en usine du c\u00e2ble optique. Mais elle appara\u00eetra progressivement dans le processus d&#8217;utilisation \u00e0 long terme apr\u00e8s la pose du c\u00e2ble optique. Lorsque la d\u00e9gradation des performances du c\u00e2ble optique est constat\u00e9e, il ne peut plus \u00eatre sauvegard\u00e9. Il y a donc une situation grave devant nous. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Une question tr\u00e8s importante est de savoir comment choisir un mat\u00e9riau de blocage de l&#8217;eau appropri\u00e9 avec d&#8217;excellentes performances avant la fabrication du c\u00e2ble \u00e0 fibres optiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"lake-content\">\n<h3 id=\"xMPPB\" class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 28; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 28;\" data-fontsize=\"28\" data-lineheight=\"39.2px\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Quels sont les 3 principaux mat\u00e9riaux qui bloquent l&#8217;eau ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p id=\"ue6dc4d7f\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Selon les caract\u00e9ristiques des mat\u00e9riaux d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 pour les c\u00e2bles optiques, on peut les diviser en deux cat\u00e9gories. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"33.6px\">Comment \u00e7a fonctionne<\/h4>\n<p class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">La premi\u00e8re est qu&#8217;ils sont passifs, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire qu&#8217;ils bloquent directement l&#8217;eau au point d&#8217;endommagement de la gaine et l&#8217;emp\u00eachent de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans le c\u00e2ble optique. Ces mat\u00e9riaux comprennent l&#8217;adh\u00e9sif thermofusible et la pommade de dilatation thermique. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"ua4d2f7ac\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Un autre type de blocage de l&#8217;eau est actif. Lorsque la couche protectrice est endommag\u00e9e, le mat\u00e9riau bloquant absorbe l&#8217;eau et se dilate. Bloquant ainsi le passage de l&#8217;eau dans le c\u00e2ble optique, l&#8217;eau est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 une petite zone. Il existe des pommades gonflables \u00e0 l&#8217;eau, des fils hydrofuges et des rubans hydrofuges.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"33.6px\">3 Mat\u00e9riaux principaux<\/h4>\n<p id=\"uae3e3b8f\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Comme le premier type de mat\u00e9riaux d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 statique utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un remplissage \u00e0 chaud, la temp\u00e9rature d&#8217;utilisation est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 20~120C. Apr\u00e8s le remplissage et le refroidissement, la pommade de remplissage se r\u00e9tracte \u00e0 froid, ce qui entra\u00eene facilement un \u00e9cart et ne permet pas d&#8217;obtenir l&#8217;effet de blocage complet de l&#8217;eau. <\/span><span class=\"ne-text\">Et pendant le remplissage \u00e0 chaud, en raison de la temp\u00e9rature \u00e9lev\u00e9e, il est facile de d\u00e9grader les composants du mat\u00e9riau de remplissage, et de faibles mol\u00e9cules migrent dans la gaine plastique du c\u00e2ble optique, ce qui conduit \u00e0 la fissuration pr\u00e9coce de la gaine plastique, ce qui r\u00e9duit la dur\u00e9e de vie du c\u00e2ble optique, et entra\u00eene une faible efficacit\u00e9 de blocage de l&#8217;eau. La raison en est que l&#8217;eau peut provoquer l&#8217;att\u00e9nuation du pic d&#8217;eau de la fibre optique, l&#8217;aggravation des microfissures de la fibre optique par action \u00e9lectrochimique et finalement la rupture de la fibre optique. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"u96a21b70\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Dans des conditions d&#8217;humidit\u00e9 (en particulier pour les c\u00e2bles \u00e0 fibres optiques sous-marins pos\u00e9s \u00e0 une profondeur de 12 m\u00e8tres ou plus), l&#8217;eau se diffuse \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur \u00e0 travers la gaine du c\u00e2ble \u00e0 fibres et forme une condensation d&#8217;eau libre. Si elle n&#8217;est pas contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, l&#8217;eau va migrer le long de l&#8217;\u00e2me du c\u00e2ble en fibre, longitudinalement dans la bo\u00eete de jonction. La perte de tension am\u00e9liore la stabilit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9 de la transmission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"uef85125b\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">D&#8217;apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9veloppement du compos\u00e9 de remplissage des c\u00e2bles optiques, la pommade peut \u00eatre grossi\u00e8rement divis\u00e9e en trois g\u00e9n\u00e9rations : la premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration est la pommade de remplissage \u00e0 chaud hydrophobe ; la deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration est la pommade de remplissage \u00e0 froid, tandis que la pommade de remplissage gonflante bloquant l&#8217;eau est actuellement le plus populaire des mat\u00e9riaux de remplissage pour les c\u00e2bles \u00e0 fibres optiques. Les fonctions du ruban hydrofuge en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, d&#8217;imperm\u00e9abilisation, de protection contre l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 et de protection tampon dans les c\u00e2bles optiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnues par les gens. Il est \u00e9galement sans diffusion de poussi\u00e8re, sans augmentation d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur, \u00e0 faible r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement, lisse, pratique, avec une certaine r\u00e9sistance et un poids l\u00e9ger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"ub1e345b8\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">La raison pour laquelle la bande d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 peut bloquer l&#8217;eau est qu&#8217;elle contient une r\u00e9sine gonflante super-absorbante. La r\u00e9sine superabsorbante forme un hydrogel apr\u00e8s avoir absorb\u00e9 de l&#8217;eau. Le processus d&#8217;absorption d&#8217;eau du gel est en fait le processus d&#8217;expansion du r\u00e9seau polym\u00e8re. La r\u00e9sine super absorbante est un polym\u00e8re hydrophile. <\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"ub61e88e4\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">La bande de blocage de l&#8217;eau est un mat\u00e9riau utilis\u00e9 dans les c\u00e2bles \u00e0 fibres optiques semi-secs. Il r\u00e9duit la pollution et facilite les op\u00e9rations de production, d&#8217;essai et de construction. Il est donc tr\u00e8s populaire parmi les travailleurs de la production, les testeurs et le personnel de construction et d&#8217;entretien. Toutefois, le ruban hydrophobe couramment utilis\u00e9, qui contient un polym\u00e8re superabsorbant (SAP), pr\u00e9sente un probl\u00e8me de poussi\u00e8re. En effet, la poudre SAP ne peut pas adh\u00e9rer compl\u00e8tement au substrat, et de la poudre libre tombera dans le c\u00e2ble fini, ce qui provoquera la perte de micro flexion de la fibre optique. En m\u00eame temps, ce type de poudre sera nocif pour la sant\u00e9 humaine lors de la production et de la maintenance des c\u00e2bles optiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"lake-content\">\n<h3 id=\"aemxh\" class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 28; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 28;\" data-fontsize=\"28\" data-lineheight=\"39.2px\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Fil imperm\u00e9able \u00e0 l&#8217;eau<\/span><\/h3>\n<p id=\"uc4216e96\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Le fil de blocage de l&#8217;eau dans les c\u00e2bles \u00e0 fibres optiques est principalement compos\u00e9 de deux parties, l&#8217;une \u00e9tant une fibre expans\u00e9e ou une poudre expans\u00e9e contenant du polyacrylate. Lorsqu&#8217;il absorbe de l&#8217;eau, ces super absorbants forcent sa cha\u00eene mol\u00e9culaire \u00e0 s&#8217;\u00e9tirer \u00e0 partir de l&#8217;\u00e9tat fris\u00e9, ce qui entra\u00eene une expansion rapide de son volume, r\u00e9alisant ainsi la fonction de blocage de l&#8217;eau.
