O MCVD \u00e9 a t\u00e9cnica de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o mais comum em uso, que produz uma fibra de baixa perda bem adequada para cabos de fibra \u00f3ptica de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de longa dist\u00e2ncia. Portanto, vamos cobrir o processo MCVD neste artigo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"33.6px\">Deposi\u00e7\u00e3o de Vapor Qu\u00edmico Modificado (MCVD)<\/h4>\n<p id=\"ucc54f395\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">O processo MCVD (Modified Chemical Vapor Deposition) foi desenvolvido pela Bell Labs em 1974. Introduz uma mistura gasosa composta por <\/span><span class=\"ne-text\">SiCl<\/span><span class=\"ne-text\">4<\/span><span class=\"ne-text\">(cloreto de sil\u00edcio)<\/span>,<span class=\"ne-text\">GeCl<\/span><span class=\"ne-text\">4<\/span> <span class=\"ne-text\"> (cloreto de germ\u00e2nio) e outras subst\u00e2ncias qu\u00edmicas no tubo de vidro de quartzo (revestimento). Ap\u00f3s a pr\u00e9-forma da fibra \u00f3ptica ter arrefecido, esta \u00e9 submetida a um teste de qualidade (\u00edndice de refrac\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"lake-content\">\n<h3 id=\"ud2d0e0f1\" class=\"ne-p fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 28; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 28;\" data-fontsize=\"28\" data-lineheight=\"39.2px\"><span class=\"ne-text\">Desenho em Fibra \u00d3ptica<\/span><\/h3>\n<p id=\"u72cd2bf8\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">O desenho da fibra \u00f3ptica refere-se ao processo de opera\u00e7\u00e3o de colocar as pr\u00e9-formas de fibra \u00f3ptica num sistema de desenho vertical, onde as pr\u00e9-formas de fibra s\u00e3o aquecidas e derretidas por um determinado dispositivo de aquecimento, e depois desenhadas em pequenas fibras \u00f3pticas com um di\u00e2metro que cumpre os requisitos. E a rela\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00facleo\/di\u00e2metro revestido e a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00edndice de refra\u00e7\u00e3o da fibra \u00f3tica s\u00e3o mantidos inalterados. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"33.6px\">Torre de Desenho de Fibra<\/h4>\n<p id=\"ua04e3ff0\" class=\"ne-p\"><span class=\"ne-text\">A pr\u00e9-forma de fibra \u00f3ptica \u00e9 colocada em uma torre de extra\u00e7\u00e3o de fibra. Uma torre de desenho de fibra pode ter mais de 10 metros de altura.
